Guitar was brand new and packed no different than new. I couldn't tell what was refurbished. It has never been played. Everything that was advertised was included and was new. Excellent value. I set it up and lowered the action, and it plays well. When I communicated this to the Donner customer service team they were very prompt, professional and accommodating.
