Tracking showed the item was delivered but I could not find any information through eBay, Amazon, or UPS. I notified the seller to see if they could find out what happened and very quickly got a response that it had been shipped to the wrong address and they would issue a full refund which they did almost immediately. It was supposed to have been delivered to my mailbox, was not, after "discussion" went to the post office, it was delivered somewhere else...vendor argued a little but in the end, gave me a refund..... would probably not buy from them again
