Reviews
"Framebreak revivifies my faith that something original, articulate, seminal, and radical can be written about the fate of human isntitutions. This book is all of that." --Warren Bennis, university professor and distinguished professor of business administration, School of Business Administration, University of Southern California, and author of An Invented Life: Reflections on Leadership and Change "Framebreak proposes a holistic approach to business built around humanitarian and moral principles.... Should be read by senior managers who are seeking ways to broaden the vision of the organization, especially in areas of human resource development, global considerations, and moral and ethical behavior." ''Captivating work.... Intriguing.'' ''If business people and professors can reflect on the New Age message of this work, radical changes in the way managers conduct organizations could result.''

Synopsis
A bold and thought-provoking challenge to American business. Explains how by "breaking the frame" of outdated organizational forms, businesses can break free of the systemic forces holding them back and face the complex ethical demands of business now and in the twenty-first century."Framebreak proposes a holistic approach to business build around humanitarian and moral principles....Should be read by senior managers who are seeking ways to broaden the vision of the organization, especially in areas of human resource development, global considerations, and moral and ethical behavior."--Academy of Management Executive, This bold and thought-provoking challenge to American business explains how by breaking the frame of outdated organizational forms, businesses can break free of the systemic forces holding them back and face the complex ethical demands of business now and in the twenty-first century. Proposes a strikingly new and different design for organizations based on four key dimensions of business life and success: knowledge and learning, recovery and development, service and spirituality, and operations.

Another gorgeous DAC kit. The price was amazing, the kit condition and contents was exactly as described (I really appreciate that), it was carefully packaged for shipping, and was mailed off quickly. While USPS held the package hostage (not the seller's fault at all), it was finally delivered in perfect condition (unlike 2 packages last week). I guess it's just the luck of the draw. Many thanks to the wonderful seller. I'm looking forward to any future listings and possible purchases. :-)
