I am satisfied and I hope he (not she) learned to pack his product better in future. It was a kindle, so it was heavily wrapped in bubble wrap and sent in a bubble mailer. The price was pretty good considering it's an older kindle model, in a more scarcely distributed color and higher storage capacity. Overall very happy with this purchase.
