I couldn't find the power cord, and they offered to send me one free of charge! Turns out, it was hiding in the foam popcorn the whole time lol. When I told them I found it, the customer rep said they figured it was included with the price, but didn't hesitate to make sure I had everything I needed. 10/10 recommend just simply off that. I would definatly buy from SVA again!
