I wanted a loose beach wave look and I can't curl my hair woth straighteners and curling tongs dont deliver the curl I want. This product does. Its great for short hair also. The photo I have added is my first time using!! Im sure you could have a tighter curl if wanted but this is perfect for me.

I should receive the refund 3 days from receipt of the return. The item was as described. Arrived in box protected by bubble wrap. Slight damage to box. Looked like label removed from box. Free postage and return postage. Had to return because my telephone did not recognise the headset when it was plugged in so it did not work. Seller excellent so far. No problems or delays with agreeing to the return.
