Two plastic feet were damaged during shipment. When contacted , the seller provided MORE THAN the cost of replacement. I am satisfied and I hope he (not she) learned to pack his product better in future. The seller seems to be an honest and fair person, he just needs to ‘up his game’ regarding the packaging of the equipment he ships.

Amazing, the seller offered a 30 day, money back return window, which is unusual, and which time I used to test the unit out. It works on all ranges and is quite accurate. Excellent seller, wouldn't hesitate to buy from this seller again AAA+++

It was a kindle, so it was heavily wrapped in bubble wrap and sent in a bubble mailer. The price was pretty good considering it's an older kindle model, in a more scarcely distributed color and higher storage capacity. Overall very happy with this purchase.
