Through no fault of their own, my package was not delivered; even though tracking said it was. This seller completed the steps to attempt to find my item and ultimately refunded me at their expense. Very ethical business practices. I will purchase from them in the future!!

My original order was delivered and someone stole it off our porch- not anything the seller had to do with it I let him know it was not delivered and shortly after talked with delivery person who set it on my porch so I contacted seller to tell him didnt recieve but not their fault they offered to replace my order at their expense not only did they replace it in full free to me but they expidited it Please buy from this seller-customer service is A++++
