Synopsis
This law school casebook examines cases through the analytical framework of critical race theory. There is a separate chapter on torts, contracts, criminal procedure, criminal law and sentencing, property, and civil procedure. Lastly, the book provides cases where the courts have applied a critical race theory perspective.
