No communication/explanation for delay. Seller takes credit for sending the product as listed/new condition and for a good package. Overall it was a good experience but not a perfect one.

Fortunately, this seller gave Exemplary Customer Service..."with a smile"! Upon receiving my message, with pics of product/packaging; they responded Immediately, apologized and Issued a Refund.
