Seller went the extra mile to make the sale despite some technical problems with shipping/tariffs (all ebay's fault, the seller was helpful and very responsive). The item was shipped very quickly and packaging was great. I'm a very pleased buyer and would definitely do business with the seller again!

The Swan eyedropper arrived faster than expected, even with international shipping, and was packaged with care. It came exactly as described—with both original boxes and servicing documents—and is in remarkable shape for its age. A lovely item I plan to enjoy and care for for another hundred years. Great value, highly recommend this seller.

Unfortunately the buyers cannot pick the delivery company. I hate Yodel, I complained several times against their rubbish-bin-safe-place policy, but doesn’t helped. I lost all my joy because of the delivery.
