I am satisfied and I hope he (not she) learned to pack his product better in future. The seller seems to be an honest and fair person, he just needs to ‘up his game’ regarding the packaging of the equipment he ships.

It was a kindle, so it was heavily wrapped in bubble wrap and sent in a bubble mailer. The price was pretty good considering it's an older kindle model, in a more scarcely distributed color and higher storage capacity. Overall very happy with this purchase.
