      Found these to be brand new in my opinion but seller sold as used. I’m extremely happy with the purchase these keens are in top shape very clean they don’t stink shipping was good and wicked fast granted I only live the next stage over but what’s important is the fact that the seller shipped next day something a lot of sellers don’t so on eBay they’ll sit on your packages .
