It was packaged very very well, if it was mistreated or dropped during shipping it would have certainly survived. I like the DHL shipping, it arrives quickly and completely trackable. All the packaging was good and intact. Each of the collets were individually wrapped with no seals broken (unused). The case was good. No damage. There were slightly lower prices available but I have used this UK supplier before so chose to pay a couple of pound more rather than finding out it was an international sale..
