It may be a refurbished product but there is no marks or blemishes at all on it. Also the item had more specifications to it than what was advertised which is obviously a big bonus in my eyes. Arrived in a well packed shipping box. I did miss a CD/DVD drive, but one email to the seller and the next day arrived also in good order. Happy with the seller and will purchase again.
