Instead of returning the box, the seller was able to track down and offer the missing second box. The second box was promptly sent out and shipping costs covered. The missing pieces arrived and the drum kit works great! Very happy customer!

He was very gracious in working with me to refund half of the cost of the item, which I was very content with. I understand that the $25 shipping charge wasn t refundable, so I had to eat the cost of that. I m now aware that not all orders are covered by Ebay s Money Back Guarantee. I ll be more attentive with future orders. I wasn t aware that the item wasn t returnable when I ordered it. I give the seller a 100% satisfaction rating.
