Shipping was quick and it was well packaged, although one issue of concern for the second time has nothing to do with the shipper, but the shipping service. Two items have arrived with a slit in the outer packaging and the actual fabric was exposed. Happily both items were intact, but perhaps an additional layer of packing would avoid any damage to the products.
