Here is a Lionel 2671... This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good. The whistle is non functional. The tail end of the shell is missing all three lenses. The coupler shows corrosion. This tender shows scratches and paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. This tender shows rust on the chassis and trucks. The instruction manual is not included.
