It was wrapped securely in several layers of packaging (cardboard, bubble wrap, etc) just to get to the voice keyring! I got the exact version I ordered sealed. There not being a single dent. I can’t be happier, it’s as if I ordered the product from Weverse itself. Delivery was also surprisingly timely, got here in about a week compared to the estimated maximum of 3 weeks, which was delightful. Worth every penny.
