I even packed out the box with packing paper so not sure why it was damaged? I can only apologise on behalf of the courier. Hopefully your discount from £16.99 to £10 softens the blow a bit.

It is hard to find pieces that were made 35 years ago & for 1 year only with pristine/new original boxes. Most are stored in lofts once opened or even thrown away. The fact it had its original collectors club box is a huge bonus as most do not. Glad you think your sister will be happy with the figure as it was in mint condition and perfect for display to enjoy.
