Due to being old electronics, things weren’t quite in the same condition as shipped, although the packaging was excellent. I have no question that the item was exactly as described when shipped. Communication was great as we worked through the unexpected issue. They were more than generous on working out an arrangement as we are both wanting the see this receiver enjoyed again. Would definitely buy from again!

Sent a very nice pair of shoes, clean and as described, in plastic bag, they arrived intact thankfully. But...I paid $22 for Canada Post expedited parcel, which I prefer, but shoes were sent UPS ground - maybe 3 bucks cheaper. UPS sometimes comes up with a similar cost and a faster delivery date, so we will upgrade the shipping to get the package to the customer more efficiently. But if this was an issue then my apologies about that. It was done with the best of intentions.
