Seller was very understanding about this and sent me a replacement at no extra cost. This replacement was a bit temperamental at first. But it seems to be working fine now. The seller used a lot more packaging this time to ensure the player arrived safely. One small piece of metal did snap off. I found it it at the bottom of the box. It’s not important though.
