As always with this seller, their customer service is impeccable, kept informed throughout. Item was described as used which fair enough, its not brand new but there's not a mark on it, it was very well packaged indeed and great value for the price I paid. Communication was superb, lots of emails telling me what was happening and fully tracked through RM. The oxford diecast Jaguar SS was packed in bubble wrap and put into a box full of polystyrene quavers so it was well protected. It was all as described and a very good price. Would recommend the seller.
