The wrong thing was accidentally sent, mistakes happen, and it was very similar so a mistake that wasn’t really their fault as the items looked so similar. They were easy to work with to sort it out. They were quick to respond, resent the correct item in good timing. They even let me keep the item that was sent by accident.
