Unfortunately item didn't come in, reached out to seller about concerns. They responded lightning fast, said they'll place another one with tracking # this time around. All of a sudden, that did not happen due to them becoming sick. Very positive understanding and polite. 100%. They had refunded me back the money for purchased item 👍😎

I contacted the seller to ask if I could see the package, weird request I know however Amazon burnt me twice with broken refurbished ones. Seller had zero issues sending me photos of the factory sealed box. Item was exactly as expected. Brand new, in the box, never opened. The value was the perfect price point. Quality & appearance are flawless.
