Seller advertised this battery to be an Impress battery, but I found it to be only having "Impress functions" and not a true "Impress" battery under Motorola Solutions. Time will tell if it contains the intelligent communications interface between radio, battery and charger that allows optimization and reconditioning as a part of its maintenance cycle.

I contacted the seller to ask them to resend a new battery, and file a claim with USPS for the lost package. They immediately responded and shipped a new battery for me and provided a new tracking number. I received the battery and it seems to be good quality and works with my radio. I appreciated the quick response from the seller to rectify the situation.
