They marked my order as dispatched but provided no tracking number. When asked they said it was sent to the wrong address. Refused to provide tracking number. After i opened a case with ebay theu uploaded a d3livery note that looks fake and also said by ebay customer service that the delivery note looks fake. Did not prove at all that anything was sent or delivered. Ebay ruled in my favor for a refund.

The second time, after a week, they said that this time the item would definitely arrive — but the same thing happened again. I waited two weeks. Very rude. I do not recommend this seller.
