    I ordered an ECM for a 2011 Vw Gti and I thought the product was ready for shipment. Found out through customer service that they basically get you to buy it first, then they still have to locate one and refurbish it and reprogram. I communicated to them after a week of not even having a response, then being told it would take longer because of the there systems are outdated for this type of reprogram?. My question is why would you offer a service if you don't have the tools to complete.

    Thank you for your feedback. Each module and year of the car has a unique security system. In order to help you with your module, we even bought separate software, but it could not make a module of your series. Unfortunately, this did not help. We removed this module from sale and made you a full refund.
