I requested a partial refund for mending, preferring to keep it and avoid unnecessary returns. Seller was rude, only offering a full return, claiming it's a favor despite their inaccurate listing. No accountability. Poor communication. Not as described. However the buyer asked for a partial refund and wanted to keep the nightgown, NOT return it. Buyer was fully refunded, kept the nightgown free of charge. Buyer has judged me harshly and very unkindly, not understanding at all even though everything was in her favor. I am an ebay seller for over 20 yrs. always trying to do my best. fancychoices
