The seller said they’d me ship 2 more plates in better packaging. So I canceled the refund request. Received notice today that the post office won’t deliver to me because the seller didn’t pay the correct postage. I reached out and asked for a refund. Seller refused saying they don’t have their plates back. I have no control over what they sent out without the correct postage. I have written to the President and CEO, Raj Subramaniam, to explain what happened, insist that he find the package and complete its delivery. I am so much more frustrated than you are.
