I had a shipped date and a date of expected arrival. It actually arrived a day early. They also gave my a security code to give the delivery person to ensure it was delivered to me. I had never encountered that before. The packaging for shipping was great. I will definitely keep an eye on their merchandise. I would gladly recommend to anyone else.

There was no communication from the seller for several days. I asked for a refund and then there was a reply the seller stating the bag had been shipped, but could not provide a tracking number or carrier. It took a week to get the bag. It arrived in new packaging from Amazon.

I put it together and my babies love it.
