My store was closed between the 23rd of Dec and 13th of Jan. There should have been a pop-up at the top of the order, and the eta for delivery should have taken that into account. According to tracking details, the item arrived 2 days after it was sent, and spent 6 days at the post office before being collected. Please reach out of there anything I can help with. Pete
