After waiting for two weeks, I asked if they had shipped it yet. They made a label that day. I waited another week and a half before requesting that they drop it off with the carrier. They dropped it off that day. Once shipped, it didn’t take long. I didn’t appreciate having to follow up twice to get them to ship it, though.
