The first order had the wrong font, and they refused a full refund so I had to go through EBay. For the second order, I’ll admit I misunderstood the listing and assumed the text would be embroidered like before. Instead, it arrived printed and much larger than expected. With so many similar listings using the same images, it’s so confusing. I won’t be making that mistake again and would not recommend!
