I ordered a WiFi extender which arrived late and turned out to be incompatible with my router. I contacted the seller who failed to provide the return details so I returned it to the return address on the package first class signed for. I have a name and date for the person that signed for the returned item but the seller will still not refund the payment.

They marked my order as dispatched but provided no tracking number. When asked they said it was sent to the wrong address. Refused to provide tracking number. After i opened a case with ebay theu uploaded a d3livery note that looks fake and also said by ebay customer service that the delivery note looks fake. Did not prove at all that anything was sent or delivered. Ebay ruled in my favor for a refund.
