However, once I placed the order the Seller contacted me, gave me the shipping details and the expected delivery day. It went exactly as he said it would. My item, a vinyl record, was packed carefully and for safety and I can’t imagine the process going any more smoothly. It was obvious from the start that the seller truly understands the concept of "Customer Care."
