I have bought more jewelry from them and it has always been a good experience. The ring was lost by the USPS and they promptly answered my questions without any problem. It’s a shame that this happened to them. They reimbursed my money. I will buy some other of their jewelry if they don’t get the ring back from the postal office.

They patiently sent messages every step, and quickly researched and gave info that I asked about. The delicate package arrived quickly and safely. I was impressed. Good box, clean paper to hold and protect. They have great supplies! Bubble wrap, plus every item was also in a plastic ziplock bag, even the biggest. I recommend them. Discounted shipping & prices too.
