I packaged my trim tab unit up and sent it off recorded delivery, the following day he sent me a message he had received it and 3 working days later I received it back repaired, just a marvellous service . I haven’t fitted the unit yet , but if there are any issues I will update this review, but from the looks of it I don’t think there will be , so anyone out there with a broken trim tab unit , send it to the guy !!! Very knowledgeable about the faults and fixed at a fraction of the price that PowrTouch were asking for a new unit. Returned very quickly (4 days from being sent by me)and packaged in great condition. Refitted to the caravan today and all working as it should.
