Fantastic customer service when I messaged them and unit was only away for a week and now working perfectly. First class service, very resonable price would definitely recommend. I packaged my trim tab unit up and sent it off recorded delivery, the following day he sent me a message he had received it and 3 working days later I received it back repaired, just a marvellous service . I haven’t fitted the unit yet , but if there are any issues I will update this review, but from the looks of it I don’t think there will be , so anyone out there with a broken trim tab unit , send it to the guy !!! My parcel went missing and Britfix messaged regularly and promptly whilst I chased it up. After about a week of waiting, he issued a refund for me but then a few days later it turned up!!! Alexandr then fixed it and returned it that day with tracking! Perfect. What a lovely, honest guy. Very knowledgeable about the faults and fixed at a fraction of the price that PowrTouch were asking for a new unit. Returned very quickly (4 days from being sent by me)and packaged in great condition. Refitted to the caravan today and all working as it should.
