The only issue I had was that the included charger didn't charge😢. I reached out to the seller and not only did they respond quickly (within the hour) but also without question sent an official Panasonic brand charger out to me. Can't beat that customer service 😎. Definitely exceeded my expectations! Will surely be buying from them again.
