After the tracking on the item stopped, FedEx said the package was lost. I contacted the Seller and thankfully they had a duplicate new OEM part, which they sent by overnight delivery. I am so appreciative to the Seller and to have found a new OEM part for my old 36” wide over-the-range microwave. I got very this Seller my highest rating…what a great business!

But they had two different listings of freezer shelfs of the same part number (the one I needed) but they were two very different shelves. I ordered the wrong one because it was half the price. I paid $54 for the shelf including shipping, got the wrong shelf but only receiving literally half of my money back to return. I’ve messaged the seller several times with no answer.
