It appears to be functioning properly. The second is a backup disk for a RAIDed SAN, so I won't know for a while (long, I hope). The NAS device has four of these Wolf drives running. I need this backup in case one of the existing four RAIDed drives fail.

I contacted the eBay seller requesting to change the order or to cancel the order and issue a refund before the order was posted but unfortunetly I never heard back from the seller. They still went ahead and posted the order. The hdd drives arrived and seem to be ok. Due to the Terrible communication I would recommend using a different seller

No issues with 2 of the drives that have replaced the refurbished drives. One more to replace. Drives were packed extremely well.
