They gave me option of refund or replacement. I told them I still wanted it and they sent another one that day even know it wasn't they're mess up. I received it in 2.5 days which from Florida to Pennsylvania is really quick and here they gave me a brand new one. Skar-5 🌟USED SKAR AUDIO DDX-12 D2 - 12" 1,500 WATT DUAL 2 OHM COMPETITION CAR SUBWOOFER (N° 313424010053)
