Shipping was a bit delayed but can't complain. Figure was packed very well and had no flaws. Michelangelo cam as described with no scratches or marks on him which is excellent. Just a plastic grocery bag used to pad item, not even any newspaper or bubble wrap. When I contacted seller for a partial refund never really apologized, asked for pictures and never heard anything more about issuing a partial refund, will never buy from again.

My daughter is Autistic, had this as a child, lost it somewhere along the way through life and thanks to your honesty with description and quick shipping I was able to get the most joyful smile, squeal and hug from her.
