I contacted the seller who did offer to refund my original purchase price and shipping. However, when I had to pay over $11.00 to return the item, no refund for shipping was received. The shipping expenses were included in the box. I followed up by messaging the seller and had no response. With a few adjustments, the TV was up, running, and playing classic games!! Thanks again to the seller for the deal they offered and the care put into shipping it.
