Seller offers first $10.00 back, then $25.00 back and to be done with this. Finally accepts item return and full refund but gives me address in India. Refuses to give me US address, tells me was shipped from India, item was in my hands in days not weeks. Then wants me to give him a account number to deposit return, send it back the way you got paid! Stuck with wrong item out $50.00. Ebay needs to step up and get rid of this crook.

Ordered 10 got 2. Communicated with vender and only received 9 out of 10 aluminum cutters. Had to hire the job out. Could not read the return address he gave me ,from a different country.
