They first asked I I’d be able to repair it myself. They then offered me $22 for a $119 dollar purchase. Not thinking a refund would be a problem I had already reordered due to time constraints. Second was also poorly packed but undamaged but had punched through the box in multiple locations. Just luck it wasn’t damaged Photos are first and second order
