    Item arrived early and came packaged very well. It is a brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging. Unfortunately, there was an error in the description, so the item received was different from what was expected. It is a cast piston instead of a forged one. After contacting Lionparts, the error was admitted and a satisfactory solution was offered. Awesome customer support. Would purchase again from Lionparts.

    I had some issues with the shipping time on this device originally. Seller contacted me and we spoke in the phone to discuss the shipping issue. During our discussion the seller said he was going to give me a refund. We discussed possible scenarios as to what was causing a delay in shipping. Seller is using the information I provided to better exp site the warehouses shipping times. A lot of sellers do not care on eBay. But not this one… This one cares, and made things right!

    I don’t leave feedback. But I the first winch I ordered arrive damaged and had some issues. I contacted the seller and they shipped me a new winch in a very timely manner. They were easy yo work with, and had top notch customer service. I would recommend buying from this seller 100% The product was as advertised, no complaints at all.
