    I had recently purchased a set of these side steps from this seller and the purchase experience was very positive. The seller validated that the steps were compatible with my Defender 130X. Due to a "mishap" = the side step on the passenger side of the vehicle was damaged an needed to be replaced. I went back to the seller and he expedited the shipment of the new set of rails and insisted that I let him know if further assistance was needed. This $eller is outstanding!!

    10 messages to get a refund on a defective product was 9 more than anyone should have to send to get their refund. Sent the photos on the second message, and several people were chiming in with different solutions for percentages of refunds. Retracting previous offers with broken English on every message was very confusing. Other than that….GREAT SELLER!!!
