I contacted the eBay seller requesting to change the order or to cancel the order and issue a refund before the order was posted but unfortunetly I never heard back from the seller. They still went ahead and posted the order. The hdd drives arrived and seem to be ok. Due to the Terrible communication I would recommend using a different sellerSeagate IronWolf Pro ST10000NT001 Hard Drive 10TB 7200 RPM 256MB SATA 6Gb/s HDD (N° 315077332145)

No issues with 2 of the drives that have replaced the refurbished drives. One more to replace. Drives were packed extremely well.
