I was very impressed when I was able to have this in hand and it looks great with all my other ATLA figures. The seller was also very accommodating as I had a gold stand sent instead of a black one and they immediately sent me a new black stand free of charge. Thanks again!

So it was there before shipping. But the rest of the pop looks nice, I’d just mention damage to people next time. Thanks.

I expressed dissatisfaction and requested a partial refund of the same amount it would cost the seller to buy a return label for a return as I didn’t want the hassle to return the item. Seller gaslit me and told me the version he sent me was better but I expect to receive what I bought, not what the seller chooses to send me. Buyer insist on a discount even after I offer a full refund to him 3 time (with return shipment paid for). When buyer realized he was not going to receive further discount he threaten negative feedback, I've never had a customer that WANT to see the internal support of a 3D Print (he calls it pattern) and want discount because he got a better print.
